Hello! I'm purchasing and designing a custom ring for my girlfriend, fiancé and God willing, future wife. We really want to keep God the center of our lives and we want people to notice that and be able to ask us what makes us strong, what makes us so happy and why we're so loving to everyone. (Which is a process, we want to keep loving and I pray we can keep this center in our lives)
On the ring, I want to inscribe on the outside, Hebrew text that translates, "Glory to God in the Highest" or
"Glory to God"
"Glory to the King of Kings"
"Glory to Christ our Savior"
I know Hebrew is quite different than English so I'm not sure exactly how that phrase should be translated to ensure the meaning we're trying to convey; that our marriage is not about us, but it's about God and our commitment to becoming more holy by glorifying his name. Would "Hallelujah" be the word I'm looking for? I'd like to have it wrap around the entire ring as well. So a phrase that isn't too short and not too long.
