inner ear congestion

I've been having inner ear congestion for the past 15 years due to allergies. It seems like in the winter months, it gets even worse.

Please pray I may find some relief.

Can you hold your nose and blow gently. Make them pop. I do this swimming and mountain roads. Keeps mine clear, except if I have wax.

I do that quite often, actually. Doesn't really help, but thank you for the suggestion.

Some of the problem may actually be a sinus staph infection. If you eat a lot of sugar or drink coke or the equivalent that will aggravate your sinus. A diet cutting out sweets may help a lot, cut out bread too. eat food that helps in reducing mucus and fluid.

I'm sure you've tried everything but what about having ear tubes placed to drain your eustachian tubes? Blocked eustachian tubes are the most common cause of inner ear congestion; along with sinus infections. Praying you find relief soon. So sorry you've dealt with it so long.

Thank you. Yes, I had Eustachian tube dysfunction and nasal sprays do not help. I definitely need to get this done.
