So, How is it that you intepret all to mean two different things?Quite to the contrary. For we know from other Scriptures that while Jesus' death on the cross was sufficient in paying the sin debt of all humanity, not all of humanity will partake of the benefit of being spiritually regenerated. In fact, only a few will.

You can't claim that the all who die in Adam means all humanity inherits Adam's sin unless you interpret that the all who live in Christ means all humanity inherits Christ's righteousness.
Since we agree that the second half of the sentence doesn't mean all of humanity is alive in Christ, we can't interpret the first half of the sentence as meaning all are automatically dead in Adam.
