Did you know that the Antiochian Orthodox Church has two branches?

Eastern Rite (Byzantine)

Western Rite

A lot of converts from Protestantism find the Western Rite to be more their style as it was adopted from the Angelican Common Book of Prayers by St. Tikhon of blessed memory.

The Byzantine Rite is more rich and you might like it better. So please be sure to check out both Divine Liturgies. There is more antiphonal singing in the Byzantine Rite while the Western Rite is more quiet.

Dear Chris:

Have you been noticing that when a person posts on a thread which is going onto the next page, that their post isn't posted until another poster also posts. Then two posts are simultaneously posted at once. There seems to be a delay that I noticed since yesterday, Saturday.

What's causing that?
