Congratulations to the New Orleans Saints, the NFL Champions; and thanks to the Colts for a great season, and their 2nd place finish in the NFL is darn good.

Pre-season games started yesterday and the Colts were dominated by the 49ers, except for the the first quarter when the Colt's starters were playing, but they were minus 7 of their starters including All-Pro Defensive End, Dwight Freeney. During that first quarter it was all Colts leading 10 - 0 but the 49ers won the game 37 - 17. The Colts are known for losing allot of their pre-season games but for winning many of their regular season games evidence by a Super Bowl trip last year.

The Colts dominated the Giants on Sunday night football this week, titled the Manning Bowl II, in there first home game of the regular season, after being ran over by Texans the week before in Houston.

The Colts are in first place in the AFC South with a 5 - 2 record, but they have quite a few key players that are injured; and they have a tough game in Philadelphia today, with Michael Vick returning as the Eagles quarterback.

The Colt's last game was just six days ago, on Monday Night Football; but the Eagles had a bye last week and haven't played since October 24th, so they will be well rested.

Despite all the injuries to key players, the Colts remain in first place in the AFC South, with a 6 - 3 record.

The Colts had the opportunity to tie or win against New England today, with only seconds left to play in the game, but Manning threw for is third interception in the game, which gave the Patriots the 31 -28 win.

Yea, that was a great comeback against the Patriots, until the interception; Manning threw 4 interceptions during their game against the Chargers, this last Sunday night.

The Colts dropped to second place in the AFC South, with another tough game coming up this Sunday, against a rebounding Cowboy's team.

I, myself, like the Bears and Eagles in the NFC, and the Browns and the Colts in the AFC.

I like the Eagles to run the table through the playoffs though.

The Indianapolis Colts win their Division, making them the AFC South Champions. This was the 9th year in a row the Colts have made the playoffs, and tie the NFL record that was held by the Cowboys.

The Colts are the number three seed in the AFC and will host the Jets this Saturday.

Yep, watched it yesterday since both my Bears and my Eagles and my Brownies were irrelevant. Pretty exciting game.

I sure do hope ole' Peyton can find that playoff glory he's had.

I really dislike the Pats and the Jets, so Im hoping for and Indy Philly or Indy Chicago SB.

At least that way, one of my fav teams wins it.

The Colts showed tonight on Sunday Night Football, that they could still compete without Peyton Manning; the Colts only lost by three points against the Pittsburgh Steelers, who kept it from going into overtime, with a field goal in the last minute of the game, for a 23 - 20 win over the Colts.

Sadly for me, the Browns are still the Browns, the Eagles are looking at the prospect of playing an injured QB or looking to the bench, and the Bears, well, their defense just hasn't yet come to play.

Charles; the Bills are on a roll winning three in a row. The Bears did give the the defending Super Bowl Champ Packers, a game that was at least worth watching. The Colt's players were 100% behind Curtis Painter being their quarterback, who had not taken hardly a snap behind his predecessor Manning, but at least he knew the scheme of how things were done.
