A husband and wife lived together for 50 years. The husband was constantly complaining about everything the wife ever did; food, laundry, even the raising of their family.
The time was drawing near when the old man was about to die. His last words to his wife were "I will not let you relax in peace, somehow, someway, I'll find a way. I'll keep digging till I'm back."
The time came when the old man died. The entire village turned out for the burial and all were concerned that the wife had been laughing thru out the ceremony.
Curious, a young lady approached her and asked "Are you not concerned about what your husband said, and may haunt you."
The old lady took a moment to compose herself and said "Let the old grouch try and dig his way out, I buried him faced down."
