In Revelation 22, is the river of life a He or thing in Greek grammar?

I am looking to find the nature of the River of Life that flows from the throne of God the Son in Revelation 22. Is it a thing or is it Him? This according to the apostle John's Greek?

There are the words for "a river", and "of water" and "of life". Strong's describes them in Biblehub this way:

a river
ποταμὸν (potamon)
Noun - Accusative Masculine Singular
Strong's Greek 4215: A river, torrent, stream. Probably from a derivative of the alternate of pino; a current, brook or freshet, i.e. Running water.

of the water
ὕδατος (hydatos)
Noun - Genitive Neuter Singular
Strong's Greek 5204: Water. And genitive case, hudatos, etc. From the base of huetos; water literally or figuratively.

of life,
ζωῆς (zōēs)
Noun - Genitive Feminine Singular
Strong's Greek 2222: Life, both of physical (present) and of spiritual (particularly future) existence. From zao; life.

And there is also reference to a river in Matthew: Matthew 3:6 Greek Text Analysis

Together with this is the idea of Jesus Christ second coming and the perfect thing, not person, to come. 1 Corinthians 13.

Jesus was the great light in Israel, perfect, and they still used the TANACH in His midst. The Bible comes from God, but it is a thing, His word. The Light of God as lightening, lighting East to West when Christ returns, that puts people on their knees and ends all injustice making peace on Earth, is a thing, or person? The Lord said when He returns, it would not be in private rooms, but would be over the whole world all at once.

Is light, the golden or supernatural light God, or God's breath?

Will the perfect thing to come be His word upon each person there?

Is Jesus's sacred blood, a He or thing, in the sprinkling? And God's fire? And the anointing oil? The bread of life?

Is this not what Jesus was speaking of here?
John 7:
38 He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water.
39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
The River of Life is the Spirit of Life, flowing from the author of Life;
Who is seated on the Throne.
The Holy Spirit is a person.

The living water is the Holy Spirit, also the fire of God... would you call the Living Water it, or Him? What did John pen down in Revelation?

Please bear in mind, some teachers say that 1 Corinthians 13 mentions the thing to come from the Greek, "teleios" must refer to a thing and cannot refer to a person and therefore refers to the whole Bible completion as the perfect thing to come instead of Jesus Christ. By use of Greek grammar teleios must refer to a thing and not a person. They are called cessationists.

The RIVER like the TREE also in Revelation speaks of the flowing of blessings, and nourishment and spiritual food that God will provide faithful saints. You cannot eat it with your mouth, but one might well receive it into their heart.

Yeah, Derek Prince taught that there is an actual drinking action with receiving the living water into the heart. I had some in a Taize meeting.

The outflow I liken to the outflow of light and power when Jesus returns, but watchman, is that light and power Him, a thing, from Scriptural Greek grammar or both? What would you say to a cessationist or continuist?

The water and tree of life, a personal or impersonal form of God?
