In memory of my Grandmother

You were always there to show me truths in God's word. For all the countless hours you would back biscuits for me. For the months of putting up with me on weekends as I went through the Ministeral intership program. Grandma Williams, I love you and miss you greatly!

I was just thinking of you today,
and missing you like never before.
I know you are in Heaven with the Lord,
and having a grand time with all our loved ones.
I am glad you are not suffering anymore,
yet I still wish you here.
You were the one I turned to for advice,
and now that you are gone, sometimes I get lost,
and don't have a clue what to do.
I miss you dad and the sound of your voice.
I miss you laugh and silly grin,
that always made us smile.
I turn to those memories during times like these,
and can almost hear your voice.
That is when I know you are speaking to me,
and that you are near.
