Let's take time to write down martyred Christians or anyone you feel should be mentioned because of standing against the world to pledge an Allegiance to the LORD.

I live in Nairobi, many years ago I knew all about a President by the Name Idi Amin who run my neighboring Country, Kampala, UG. The man was the Adolf Hitler of Africa, I had never seen so many executions at a time like the ones carried out by him.

The Ugandan Holocaust and the Jewish Holocaust ran the same lanes. There was a time he received a vision from Allah to finish all the infidels, so one morning him and his soldiers sprayed bullets on a Church full of believers. The worst kinds were those burnt alive, or even slaughtered. He even sent an order that 77 denominations would be banned from the country. At least 300,000 Christians died during the Idi's reign.

If there was a time I felt cold shivers run through my spine were the memories as dark as this

An excellent idea.

To those who died under Nazi Oppression like Maximillian Kolbe and Dietrich Boenhoeffer.

To those who died under the Tokugawa Shogunate, the Hidden Christians of Japan.

To those who perished in the name of our Lord under the sword of Tamberlaine, the Assyrian christians and scattered Syriac churches that he persecuted.

To the Indian Christians persecuted by Hindu nationalism.

To those Christians suppressed by the Communists, who saw their churches defiled and spent years in frozen gulags.

To those unfortunates who died in Jesus' name, under oppressors also supposedly acting in Jesus' name - The victims of the Reformation - both Catholic and Protestant such as the French Wars of Religion, the Thirty Years war, the victims of the Inquisition, Bloody Mary's persecution etc.
It is very sad when Christians kill one another, failing the commandment to love one another. We are all sinners indeed.

Believe in exod 23:27. This promise can be claimed through Jesus Becz He died for us (2corin1:20).
