Gosh, your dog dies on your birthday? This is ripping me up for you.
My mother-in-law lost her mother. Her husband went into the hospital on the day of her mothers funeral, he died a few days later. Then, her brother died about six weeks later, next her cousin and best friend past four months after that.
All told she had 8 people die in 13 months. It has been two years and I think she is just begining to thaw out.
It can be very difficult having our loved ones pass. My heart is with you.

My heart goes out to you and I will keep you in my prayers. Nine years ago, our family went through a similar crisis where we lost 6 people in a year and a half. It started with my biological father, then my step-father, my sister, two uncles and an aunt. It seemed like one would pass, we had a short time to grieve and then another would go. Needless to say, it took it's toll but we held on. Unfortunately, I am not sure where they were with the Lord and since I became a christian only 4 years ago, I can only pray that they did know Him. All I can say is be at peace knowing they are home with Him and that one day, you will all be reunited forever. That in itself is a comforting thought. May God bless you and each and every one of us as we cope with the difficulties we face each day.

I am so sorry for your loss, I too just lost my wife this Oct. 15th. she was only 43 years young. She was my little bit of heaven on earth. I will pray for you and keep you in my prayers.
