just thought i would see what u thinks?

i have 2 friends both girls, lol, one i have dated but lives 2hrs away havent seen her in awhile but still liekes me and calls me ans stuff, the other i meant recently on another christian forum, from finland, as u can see i am from canada, we get along as she liek me and i her, and she is coming to states 2hrs from my college in detroit, i will be in london ontario. not so sure what i should do?

I think you should do what you feel God wants you to do. Are you still "dating" the girl who still calls you or are you just friends? Your post was just kinda vague so it's difficult for me to completely answer your question. All I can say is spend alot of time in prayer.

Well there is a lot of ways to look at this.
I would say for one, you are kinda placing yourself in a posotion to where you have to chose one or the other. I say stay friends with both of them once you have introduced the notion of persuing a romantic realtionship with either one then you are gonna get burned one way or another.Take it slow and easy you may get to know the Finland girl and realise she isnt what you thought, and in doing so you blew off your other friend, mainly just avoid looking at either as a possible match or girlfriend or whatever and let this all take its course, if something develops then there ya go if nothign does then you have saved yourself some heartache a few sleepless nights and you still have two good friends to lean on.

thats what i was thinkng, cuz i dont want to halve to chose either, the thing is melissa, the one i was dating, tells me to go with leena but she really doesnt want me, one of those girl things, where they mean the opposite of what they say, im good at picking up on them so im told.

you can't give your heart to two people at the same time and expect that either of them has a chance. The grass will always look greener on the other side and its not fair to either of them, or to yourself.

Pick one, and be firm in your relationship with the other that you are just friends and that's it. Limit communication with her to email only about once a month.

I personnally shy away from long distance relationships whenever possible. Trust me, London has lots of cool girls.

I'm not from London, but a lot of my friends from high school attend Fanshawe and Western (girls too ). They're pretty cool, imo. I'm from NWOntario btw.

I was just trying to say that I find long distance relationships to be very tough to maintain. Even London-Detroit is long distance.

Have you started school yet? If not, you'll see what I mean by there are lots of cool girls.

In my first year of school, I was overwhelmed my all the new girls to meet (and new guy friends too). I found that I lost interest in old crushes and gfs quickly.

I'm a small town guy too. I can tell you, that when you go to school in a city, things are way different. No one knows you. You'll be talking to girls that you never would've talked to in high school. It's quite the experience.

I mean no disrespect, but you'll probably forget about the two girls who occupy your mind right now. Vice-versa. They'll find other guys. I hate to break it to you, but it always happens. No matter how much you think that it won't.

Long distance relationship - Hard to maintain!

The 2 girls? You're 18 - why do you have to pick one? Why can't you just be friends with both and not worry about a "romantic" relationship right now?

yes i know there hard to maintain. i dated one of them for 6 months, the closer one, and only saw her twice, she couldnt handle the distance so we broke up.

and it doesnt always happen.
