I John 1:3: "That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ."
Truly our purpose in this forum should be to have that deeper fellowship with our God, and a closer walk with our Saviour. When we do that, we will be better able to go out and to declare those things we have seen and heard and learned to those who are lost and without hope: That we may lead them to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, in order to bring them to have fellowship with us.
I made the above remarks in an earlier thread, but I mention them again because I feel so stongly that we Christians have little time to get the work done we have been given to do. And today, perhaps, we need this deeper fellowship more than we ever have before. We need the strength it provides to get the Gospel to God's elect, and fulfill the Great Commission so we can all go Home and celebrate the victory.
