Depends on what denominations. The best case would be that our beliefs don't matter with the afterlife but our actions do, with being a bad person punished to scale with the crimes.

Ha, reconcile the fact that I dislike Dawkins and am completely against antitheist views (antitheists are a more extreme group of atheists who in addition actually hate religion). That we agree on evolution is a result of the theory itself being relatively simple and dominant in the field. If the topic was physics you would see a lot of disagreement.

Btw, we don't follow satan.

In the instance I actually end up in hell, I have made it my mission that in that circumstance I would put forth all my effort into kicking satan where it hurts. Does that sound like I like satan to you?

I can't. The bible says belief is from God. The Holy Spirit opens the eyes and ears of those who are dead in their sins. You never chose to be born, hence when a person is born-again they are born from above; meaning God gives you life. Salvation is a gift. Hence you can't buy it, earn, barter for it, all you can do is accept it. But you will not accept that which you can't see.
Before you existed God chose those he would justify and those he will justify, he will sanctify, and then glorify.

I believe Jesus was a good person whose real actions were lost in exaggeration and miracle fairy tales.

But that doesn't mean I have to worship or even like an openly malevolent being.

Not sure. We are told in scripture Gods love is unconditional, so the best way to maybe answer that question would be if you had a child of your own; what could they do to make you forget about them and no longer love them and claim their not yours?

Unconditional love should mean God would justify all the one's he loves, no?
