Immoral actions

something someone said in another post made me think ...

is there such a thing as a universally immoral action - and if there is what are they. or, are all actions to be taken in context - the morality depends upon the situation?

for example, can it ever not be "wrong" to have sex before marriage, or to lie.

In my opinion they are:

1) Killing animals
2) Destroying the planet and dismantling the natural environment
3) Beating children
4) Raping people
5) Condemning an innocent person to death
6) Supporting a despot
7) Lying
8) Stealing
9) Making people feel bad about what is good
10) Making people feel good about what is bad

I think many people would agree that their personal morality has needless causing of pain as always immoral. Otherwise, it's easy enough to think of a hypothetical where a certain immoral action will result in less net pain than the alternative.
