One can be saved by being pulled out of the mud or one can be saved by being prevented from falling in the mud.
If your father was of Adam, you're mud until by the grace of election, you are regenerated to a life of faith, followed by an eternal life.

She was from the loins of Adam. There is no getting around that fact of her life. The Blood of Jesus Christ was necessary to remove from all mankind the stain left by Adam's transgression; Jesus had to die before that could happen. Unless you can point to some place in the Bible [even your Bible] where Mary somehow circumvented that requirement, I am afraid you are all wet.

First of all Jesus did not "have" to die to make someone sinless. He choose to Die to make us sinless to show us the depths of his love. He being God could just snap his fingers and boom we are sinless. but given your mindset this still works. Jesus is God and his nature as God is outside of time and space. The death and resurrection of Christ is not in the past or future to God it is the eternal now to God. Jesus simply applied the grace and merits of his Cross to her even before it happens in time and space because he is God and because he can do that. He did this in anticipation for her as a great gift because he made her the fulfillment of the Ark of the New Covenant (LK 1 and Rev 11-12)and New Eve(Rev 12) and because as the new Ark it would be fitting for him to have a Holy tabernacle to reside in considering he fulfilled the Manna, rod of Arron and Word of God that the old Ark carried. Unmistakably Catholics beleive Mary is biblically seen as the Ark of the covenant and Second Eve. and Because of this typology which Jesus would make her fulfill, Christ made her immaculate by his grace.:liturgy:

At least that is our biblical understanding as Catholics. You may dissagree with that but that is one scriptural example that we Catholics see as pointing towards this dogma biblically.
