  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I'm at 34 weeks currently and also have gestational diabetes.

I was tired a lot during my first trimester and came out of it during the 2nd. Now that I'm near the end I find myself so incredibly RESTLESS yet tired! I slept 7.5 hours last night and napped for almost 2 hours today!

Anyone else?

I know exactly how you feel, although I'm only 19 weeks, but with twins. I sleep all night and then the next day I'm still dragging my feet. I just want to sleep all day long, but unfortunately that's not possible since I have two older kids. I'm terrified of the end of this pregnancy, I can't imagine what it's going to feel like then.

This might sound kinda weird but you can always try getting a little less sleep at night. I'm only 6 months pregnant but I notice that when I sleep for over 7 or 8 hours I have a lot more fatigue during the day. To much sleep can actually make you feel more tired! Be thankful you don't have insomnia though and you can actually sleep lol. Many women have that late in their pregnancies.

It takes alot of energy to grow a baby, I'm 38 weeks now, I sleep 8 hours at night and have a nap during the afternoon and I'm still quite tired. It's perfectly normal.

Only 6 weeks to go anyhow, and 2 weeks for me, and then we'll really know the meaning of tired when we've been up all night with a screaming baby. Oh happy happy days/

I was talking about being tired one day and my father-in-law said well just prepare yourself because you're gonna be tired for another 24 years lol. I don't think I have ever been this tired in my life, I feel like a walking zombie. Everyone always says "you look so tired" and I just want to say "you try cooking a baby and tell me how you feel!" lol.
