Good. I don't like long engagements myself and at our age it's better to get on with enjoying as much happiness as we can.

I've wondered how I'd do a wedding at my age....hmmm. I can hardly wait to get some pointers from you about that...jut in case I keep thinking I don't want to live without those feet in my avatar being paired with mine.

My guy has never been married and most proper so we'd have to go traditional. Have you ever been to a Lutheran or Anglican wedding? It's high church.

Being barfoot for the reception sounds great, though!
and we all know that all of us would be mostly barefeeted for the honeymoon.

Well, I say that, but it probably won't be that way. With my diabetes, I have to be really careful of my feet, and being barefeeted outside is actually a no no! So, them gators won't have my tootsies to nibble on!!
