I'm Single and Content

I want everyone to know that I'm single, cooking rice for lunch in a motel and I'm content. I trust in God's provision. I know that he will bring me a wife in due time but that I need to get my life together and get things going before those things happen.

I'm not even middle-class. I trust in God's provision both in terms of a woman and in terms of food and clothing. Even though I'm poor, I'm rich in the blessings of the Lord. I have read his word both night and day and I know where it is I am going. The training of the Lord is upon me and I am glad. Soon I will become stronger and will have enough to provide for a girl. And then this will be sweet to me rather than bitter.

Too many young folk are distracted. They don't understand the training of the Lord and they reject it. But not me. I have borne the burden of the day in seeking after his righteousness first. The rest will be added to me according to his promises. Even though I am cut off and have nothing, the Lord is with me. May God be blessed forever in the hearts of his people! O praise Yahshua the Lord of Lords.

This life will pass away but I will remain. A servant to the Lord throughout all my days. Praise the Lord!

And how we become in Jesus can make us a magnet which attracts us together with someone else who is growing in Christ.

And, yes, "be content with such things as you have" (in Hebrews 13:5).

I'm single and occasionally a bit sexually frustrated because natural cravings. Majority of the time I'm fairly content with my life though. I guess we're all different. No point in comparing each other to see who the best Christian is, right?
