I'm sick with Bronchitis

So I've been sick for two weeks now. Found out yesterday when I went to the doctor's that it's bronchitis. I'm on antibiotics now for 10 days I just started them last night. Please pray that I'll start feeling better soon. Thanks.

At least this time it's not bronchitis and pneumonia like it was last time. My doctor completely ruled out pneumonia and gave me a flu/covid test. All results of that are negative. So... Just bronchitis this time.

I'm starting to feel a little better the antibiotics are starting to work. My dad came over today and said I sound a lot better than I did before so I'm healing at least. I should almost feel totally better when the full 10 days of antibiotics are over. This is day 3 so... soon hopefully.

That sucks! My wife had the flu and I caught whatever she had and must have developed bronchitis from what she had.

I'm on day 6 of the antibiotics. I'm feeling semi better now still coughing but for the most part sound and feel a lot better than I did 6 days ago.

Thank God it did not turn to pneumonia. I was in the hospital all day yesterday.

Yeah thank God for sure. Ive had both bronchitis and pneumonia before its not fun to recover from. If i remember right it took months for me to get better. It took almost 4 weeks but I feel almost 100% better now. Not coughing anymore or anything and we went out for pizza Thursday and I didnt spread anything hopefully. I finished my antibiotics yesterday morning. How are you and the hubby feeling?

That's too bad I'll be praying for your recovery. Did you see a doctor about it yet? Maybe you need meds of some sort. Apparently mine was caused by a bacterial infection even though it's most commonly caused by a virus. So I needed anti biotic to get better. It took a doctor to figure that out because I would have had no idea and my mom's nursing experience only goes so far.
