I'm new here and I had a dream

Hi,
My name is Dawn. So nice to meet you all. I am a spirit filled christian. My husband had a dream the other morning and I was wondering if you could help me interpret it. My husband woke me by reciting his dream over and over again, I kept hearing him say, "The oil is coming out of the walls." I was sleeping at the time but heard him say this a few times in my sleep, he started also saying "I need something to put to it in", I need glasses or jars, it's dripping down my arms." Now because i wasnt fully awke myself yet, I saw myself looking for jars to get for the oil in my half/sleep. I finally got up and asked him what was going on. He said there was oil coming out of the walls in our home and he was trying to put his fingers in the holes where it was coming out and it began dripping down his arms. The holes were all in different places and the oil was coming out of them. i was there with him in the dream although he couldn't see me. He said there were no words spoken in the dream. He said he just remembers trying to plug the holes with his fingers. Everything was calm. I felt it had to do with anointing, but its a little vague. Can someone make out what this may mean. Thanks.

Dreams are owned by the dreamer I think only your husband can figure out what it means, as it's his brain working on something. Be well

In our marriage, there are many times one of us has the dream and the other has the proper interpretation.

Remember the story of the boy in dike (dutch story). He stayed up all night on the dike trying to keep the water out by putting his finger in the dike so the dam wouldnt break open. But getting the jars, this is like Elijah when he was with the widow of Jerepath. They ran to get as many jars as they could and so, as long as you will have receptacles to get the oil, the oil will flow. When you run out of receptacles, the oil will stop flowing. It's almost like God is saying, just like the boy in the dike 'help me, get me as many people to receive this so the oil doesnt stop flowing', I think its more along the lines of for all believers, but yes specifically you n your husband as well. It's a call to invite people to hear. God is telling His kingdom that he wants to bless them with power, it's just that many are so unprepared by it (like the boy at the dike, he wasnt prepared for a flood) but God doesnt want His power/anointing to go to waste. It needs to go into receptacles. Even just like with the sacrifices of the OT, the blood could not be spilled on the ground; it had to be caught. So why are people praying for the power if they are not speaking the gospel calling everyone in? Why would you want God to anoint you (general) with power if there's no one to receive it? This is the essence of your dream.

God has pressed me to say, that in His Word His people will have visions and dreams. If you feel the Spirit telling you this has to mean something, I would ask for edification from the church you attend. Or find a church who beleives in the Holy Spirit working through us in visions and dreams. Acts 2:14-21.
I pray God leads you to the answers. And when you get them, please come back and share them!
