  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I joined the forum last night. I will be crying as I type this. I've fractured my spine with lots of other damage. The pain is so severe I cannot tolerate it. I may have waited to long to get it fixed because of problems. I'm sick from the pain. I cannot sit up. Our life has stopped. I've been through so much with my spine, fusions, life threatening seromas. Infections. We are in so much debt we cannot turn around. I can't hardly eat because all of our
money is going out. I haven't worked since 2005 when all this started so we've been living on credit cards. My husband had a double brain aneurysm years ago. I trusted The Lord As My Savior last year. We're from Billings Montana but we're at an RV park at Mayport Naval Station. We have no one who can help us.
I don't know what to do. We're in a desperate situation. Please lift me up for a miracle healing and a financial blessing. Life has been very hard for us. We long for friends and a family.

Bless yer heart, and yer husband's.......praying for you both, that healing comes from our God, Who is our Healer and Who is ABLE to do what seems to be the IMPOSSIBLE to our finite sight. Praying that His assurance, His grace, and His healing and blessings fall on you both like rain and that He shows you in a concrete and visible way His plan of blessing for both of you. A sister of mine had ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease) for 14 years before she died from it, leaving a husband and 3 children behind. As her body got weaker her soul grew stronger. I've never seen anything like this kind of inner strength before or since, but I'm sure it's happened, because God is great.

To make a long story short, this is what she did, and I mean literally, exactly the way it's written:

Deuteronomy 4:29: "But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul."

Key words: "...seek Him with all thy heart and soul."

You've touched my heart, I'll be praying for you, and you'll be easy to remember: I love Montana, I've been through Billings, I love Jeeps, I love my girls (wife and daughter), and in Christ, I love you.

God Bless you. My heart is so very heavy. We're in so much debt, can barely start the Jeep. I've never been this discouraged, everything has come crashing down. Just knowing you're praying for me helps. I'm reaching out, I have no where to go. I will seek The Lord. I need him to help me. I Praise The Lord for you, please keep praying for me.
Thank-you for telling me about you're sister. Praise Jesus she is in Heaven.
I'm so very sick from this pain.
