U really think its that simple don't u?[wash my mouth][wash my mouth][wash my mouth] seriously I dont wanna sound mean but 1,500 is a good amount of money. Say you found a 1 bedroom apartment for like $300.00 a month then all the utilities ran another $100.00 a month jeeze thats only $400.00 a month on bills you would still have around a 1,000 to spend on yourself a month im lucky if I have $200.00 to last for 2 weeks. Or find a roommate to split the cost of rent.
U really think its that simple don't u?
I dont know what country/state that person is living in that is getting 300$ a month for rent without living in the heart of compton or some other gheto. 100$ in utilities maybe 60 years ago lol (garbage, gas, electric, water is going to run you more than 100$). What is the point of having a place if you are not going to have internet you will end up spending all your time where you have wireless internet anyways so if you dont have internet at your place you will never be there. The only logic I could see to having a place is if its pretty nice and you want to be there or a place to have sex with your wife/GF, having sex in a car is not all that. You probably have to eat out alot because you dont have a place to really prepare food but I dont know if the difference between eating out and eating in is enough to make up for the cost of rent (which is about 400-500 in most places) or even come close for that matter.
I will reitterate I would save for an education first rather than a house becuase if you get married and divorced that house can go by by, no one can take your education. I recommend reading the dark side of venus and its companion book which I will not mention on here from amazon.
All I can say is have fun not being able to hardly have any personal belongings because you have no apartment to keep it all in.
Certain kinds of females do. I still get to enjoy the luxury of a female. Right now is not the time for me to explain how. First I want u all to understand my view of the world first then I will get into how I get women, although I do hope to settle down with one woman one day and start a family
Fear is actually quite necessary sometimes. If we weren't able to feel any fear at all, we wouldn't feel any need get ourselves out of dangerous and/or deadly situations. So no, not all fear is demonic. (Not that you can even prove that demons exist, that is.)I know what u are saying by being safe but I have no fear. Fear is a weapon that demonic forces use against people. If I have to be brave and not have a home in order to live happily, then that is what I will do.
Okay, so what's so complicated about your particular situation, and what makes it hard for you to budget your money like CoolChicka suggested?U really think its that simple don't u?
In any case, I will say that to me it sounds almost silly to throw away thousands of years of human struggle, ingenuity, social upheaval, knowledge, and sometimes dumb luck just to save a few bucks!
Thank you Webster.Main Entry: cap·i·tal·ism

Bacon2, you had to spend more to buy name brand tires. That isn't a bit different than complaining that you have to spend more to get one of my works in Lapis than the same with Agate. You chose to buy the more expensive (than generic) tire which may arguably be better . . . you probably could have paid more for Pirelli Scorpions, but you chose not to. That was your choice, nobody got ripped off . . . that was capitalism at work.almost 700$ on a decent set of michiline
I wasn't saying that to say something bad about his not wanting to get a place. That's his business. If it isn't hurting anyone and not against God, then more power to him..
No. Your first premise is dead wrong. In order for your statement to make sense, you must first support the premise that said people have a right to said property. In order for people who have not worked to appropriate property to enjoy that property coercion or charity have to have taken place. Charity can not be compulsory by definition. Coercion is corruption. The problem is when you make everything private property or limited use property it pushs people into a corner that can not afford it or that dont want to afford it so there very much is a rip off involved
Really? Besides the brief time with the Air Force you haven't traveled much I take it. But Alaska is FULL of beauty. There is a wealth of beauty throughout the country that can be accessed neither requiring trespass nor purchase. Further, are you honestly positing that people who can afford nice real estate should not be able to purchase it because you find it more morally palatable that people who haven't earned it should enjoy it? Just what should a rich person be able to do with their money?I think its a shame that most of the accessable beautiful places in this nation are gobbled up by rich people instead of being made into public use areas (lake front areas, hill sides with views, etc), it shows how capitilism has become corrupt. Some lakes have hundreds of acres of rich people private property and one little public boat launch if that . ..
Really? What right does anyone have to that property. . . . . does not sound very christian to me.
7Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.
27The slothful roasteth not his hunting, And the wealth of a diligent man is precious. 28In the path of righteousness [is] life, And in the way of [that] path [is] no death!
