Hi,

Some of you know that my name is Rich. I'm an abuse survivor. I also fight depression, anxiety, PTSD on a daily basis. I've been diagnoised since 1992. I've had 3 hospitalizations and 3 stays at a 12 week intensive daytreatment program. I'm currently on 3 medications to help me..However I know my first helper is Jesus...
