im confused

if someone with knowledge can answer without judging...I have a question


can someone please tell me at what point, biblically, is one not a virgin

what acts could contribute to this....at what point is virginity lost?

I've involved myself in risky behavior and need answers...Im trying to turn things around

I understand your concern for technical definitions, and this has been discussed here at CF in times past (though I forgot which forum it was in). I think, however, we shouldn't have the mentality of "how much can I do and still be considered a virgin;" rather, we should have the mindset of "how sexually pure can I be?" Just some food for thought.

I think this is an excellent point. One should strive to live as Christ-like as possible.


I think you are on the right path, though, and I pray you will continue seeking answers in order to better yourself. Please do check out some of the other forums. This is a huge site and I am sure you will learn much if you take the time to look around and ask a few questions.

As I re-read your post, these additional thoughts came to me:

If you are concerned you may have already lost your virginity by some biblical definition, what is most important is to offer that sin to Jesus. Acknowledge to him your wrongdoings and ask for forgivness and guidance and strength to do what is right in the future.

Anytime you are questioning "what is the definition of (fill in the blank)", instead ask yourself: "Does this bring honor to Jesus?".
