CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We know that you can mend us, can put us back together, if we but come to you and ask. Heal her of her hurts, restore her sense of self and bless her with strength and endurance to get through what she needs to get through.

God's baby, I pray that you would feel the peace of God deep in your heart. I pray too that you would allow the Holy Spirit to minister to you and heal your heart and bring anew to you the knowledge that you are holy and dearly loved. I am just so overwhelmed seeing how much I'm really cared for..you know finally I am getting back to track..knowing where I belong...and where I could b loved..nowhere else but here in CF itself

Father, I lift up Godsbabygal to You as she's getting out of this abusive relationship. Help her see her worth in Your eyes, and I pray that her ex & his brother will just leave her alone. I pray that You'll bring the right guy into her life, and at the right time. Prepare them for each other, Lord, so that they'll be ready when Your will brings them together.
