That birthday greeting is a bit scary, but like I say as long as you keep having them then why worry about them. I am not planning on leaving just yet unless the Lord comes first and takes us home.

As you can see I am nearly 56 but this week I have been able to take part in a run in Brisbane to raise money to help find a cure for breast cancer. I know one already just that the medical profession do not want to run with it. (B17-Apricot Kernels).

Monday another 4 km, Tuesday 3 km, and this morning ran 5 kms. I think you have to be in it to win it.
