I'm afraid...

it worries me because ive sinned and stuff because i feel like what the heck im unforgiveable anyway but it still makes me feel bad, and i worry that if i want to please Jesus or not or if im just afraid of hell (which i think thats the only reason), I have all of the terrible thoughts (but i dont want them), but i do desire to have a relationship with Jesus so, i hope thats just enough to make me forgiveable.

Caty, my dear sister, when we worry, then worry is a sin also.

The reason why you feel as though you are unforgivable is because you haven't forgiven yourself.

Caty, why do you think that when it isn't the truth. It is a lie that God won't forgive you. Plain and simple. Accept the truth that God will indeed forgive you when you ask, and then you will be able to forgive yourself. Don't let your thoughts have so much power over you. You have the power through Jesus Christ to take those thoughts captive.

actually Jay told me that he thought God wanted him to tell me to come here and talk to you all about my problems. i really do wish i could move on and if it were in my power i would but i think my ocd & i have a bit of depresson plays into this. i hope everything is okay with me and God.

God is a master at being able to bring good out of bad circumstances. He is just awesome like that. God brought you here, I believe in part, so we could speak the truth to you and you would be delivered of these fears and released from this bondage. And who knows what else He has got planned. But I promise you that it is going to be good and He will not disappoint you.

Caty, only born again christians can commit the unpardonble sin and only by those who have recieved the Baptism in the Holy Spirit and seen the "powers of the world to come" . You also have to be very mature in the LOrd before you can commit this sin. It has to be very deliberate and you have to know what you are doing when you commit this sin. So you do not qualify. Be at peace and read the gospels and focus on Jesus and His love. Talk to Him, praise Him, listen to worship music. God will speak to you and put you mind at ease if you will seek HIm. God says in His word that if you seek Him you WILL find Him. God bless you!

Remember what I told you about the scriptures in an earlier post. When those what if questions come up, you need to answer then with God's Holy Word. Now would be a good time to look up scriptures about God's purpose and plans. You need to take that "what if" and say this out loud. "NO! This is the truth! God has a plan for me!11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jer. 29:11, NIV or this is the NKJ version:

11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

You need to be aggressive with your thoughts. You can control what you think. It may be very very difficult, but I know if you ask God, He will give you the strength and courage to it, and I just ask Him to help you as well.

And if doubt or fear plagues you as soon as you say it, then say it out loud again. Be aggressive for as long as you need to be.

And we are not in the least bit bothered by you, but we do want you to take action of some sort because we love you and don't want you to stay in this state that you are in.

It isnt what you think, it is what HE says. Everyone is trying to tell you what He says too

I pray that the Lord will lead you to it. I cannot even begin to express how important and vital it is to hold everything (especially your fears,thoughts) to the obedience of His Word.

It is dangerous not too..

I just hope soon you will realize that it was He who lead you here to listen to all these wonderful people speak the truth.

You certainly can get over your unbelief! It is a choice whether to believe the lie of Satan or the truth of the Word of God. Every promise and statement about who you are in Christ is for you--specifically. That is the power of who God is.

When you copy promises of God on those index cards, place them throughout your living space--I even have placed them on my bathroom mirror--so that wherever you go, the Word is right there. You cannot avoid the truth when it is looking you square in the face.

It is a decision. Do you want to be tormented by your feelings and thoughts , or do you want to be free and in peace?
