I want to be a christian eagle, and not a barn yard chicken, they are both birds, true but there is a big difference, chickens they are earth
birds, and eagle are made to fly, and they are leaders.
We as christians are made to fly, God has symbolized the eagle as
to be teachers and leaders, God has designed for us to be like the
eagles, He has given us examples, as in Isaiah 40:29-31
God is our Father Eagle, momma eagle represents the church,
both the father eagle and mommaeagle cares and feeds thier
eaglettes, and when it is time to wean them, mother eagle will
make the nest uncomfortable, to where the nest begins to
poke and prod the eagle, which sometimes hurts, but that
is part of growing process. Mommaeagle will flap her wings at
her young eaglettes, and throw their toys out of the nest.
Then she will then cast them out of thier comfortable nest to teach
them the facts of life , and how to fly and hunt for thier food.
Now when this takes place, the eaglette will then be forced to flap
it's wings and start to fall , but then just as the eaglettes begin to
fall the father eagle swoops down and catches this eaglette under
his wings, and takes the eaglette back to the nest and the process
starts all over again, until the eaglettes wings are strong enough
to take flight. Then this eaglette will begin to soar high above
the clouds, then when the storms come, he will take flight.
When we become christian eaglettes, we will also will depend on our
parents to care for us , Father eagle is Father God, and our church
pastor and the body of Christ, they will raise us with fresh food and
and teach us to grow, there will come a time when it will be your time
to fly, then momma eagle will flap her wings at you and cause the
nest, which represents your comfort zone, and throw out your toys
out of the nest, and your ministry will then begin to change and
could be come challenging to you, and this will cause you to move
to a new level in ministry, and then begin to grow and learn new
things and go to new territories that you had never been before.
God will always catch you in flight, and bring you safely back to the
nest to start the process over until you learn to fly, and go places.
You will see a far off and you will soar above the storms of life that
comes. You will be able to teach and lead new eaglettes.
Many opportunities will come and you will be soaring in ministry
with what God has called you to do.
I pray that this will bless and encourage anyone who reads this
journal, and remember He will never leave or forsake you.
God is faithfull. He loves his eaglettes. He will always provide and
protect, his eyes are always upon you. He cares for you.
