Hi,
I just wanted to say that since our generation is often completely overlooked, and all or most of the media attention is focused upon the "Boomers" and the "Millennials", it's good to come across something like this that I can actually relate to.
Now I may be biased, but I really do believe that the 1970's and 1980's (specifically 1974 to 1989) were the best time from either this or the last century in which to live. I may be mistaken, but the world in (for example) 1985 just seemed saner. I never cared much for 80's music, or the fashion or TV shows, which is what most people discuss when they mention the 1980's, but people back then just seemed to be... nicer? Not as stressed, not so angry all the time about "issues", and not so hyper-sensitive and foul-mouthed.
