I truly doubt that the Lord God endorses open borders and law breaking.
Kind of a non-point either way, since almost none of the countries that we recognize today existed back in Biblical times. There was Egypt, maybe Ethiopia (the use of that name is somewhat nebulous, in this context), maybe Lebanon (ditto), Cyprus...is that it? I feel like I might be missing a few, but the point remains that you can't simply map today's geopolitical realities and issues onto the NT world in order to make a point about what God endorses.
Or, or does the fact that Egypt has remained remarkably stable in terms of its existence within its recognized borders since the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt in c. 3150 BC mean that God cares more about Egypt than the rest of your piddly little Johnny-come-lately countries?
(Obligatory reminder that I'm not an Egyptian myself, and emojis mean I'm joking.)
