The Alaska/Yukon-British Columbia border alone is approximately as long as the US/Mexico border and infinitely more difficult to monitor - one could easily smuggle a small army of illegals across it without anyone ever knowing!

US CBP has it covered. They post thousands of hungry polar bears.

I prefer pastrami on pumpernickel with mayo and baby swiss with my beer.
