  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

LOL My *crush's* sister sells it. (yes...I'm giving into temptation....it's a freaking crush...grrrr...but I digress...) Soooooooooooo....I guess if anything ever becomes of my *crush*...I'll be having to buy lots of it! ^_^

IJWTS...My pillows have learned from me while I've been sleeping and apparently can now also speak. They are calling my name in very soothing voices (they are great actors) and have just reminded me that I can stay with them as long and late as I want to tomorrow morning. Hooray.

IAWTS...Thank you for those of you who said you were praying. It is so, so hard right now. Praying for a break in this dam of disappointment soon.

Most of the time I *do* know or suspect I know what I've said to tick someone off so the recent events are suspect at best to me. :doh:

Oh well....

I've got too much stuff going on IRL to care about CF anymore. I still post here/lurk but I hope to be doing it less and less as the months pass this year. Online just isn't the communication/interaction I need right now. There's a lot of stuff I HAVEN'T mentioned on here that I wish I could talk to someone about but alas......:pray:

will continue. my prayerlist is quite long but i hope it's God's will for many peeps to see relief, comfort, etc...really soon. There's just so much horrible stuff going on with people lately that it just breaks my heart. :pray:

I am really disappointed because a situation really looks bad. It probably is not bad at all or not as bad as I fear but until I hear from the person I've been waiting to hear from I'm probably going to worry. Every night when I go to bed, I have to tell myself to not be disappointed, "maybe tomorrow". I know they can't help it right now, but I wish just for five minutes, just to know they are ok and something bad isn't going on between us. I miss them so much right now and not getting to talk to them is really hard because I've had a rough week in other respects as well.

WD- it's so overpriced and they really pressure you to buy it. That annoys me. I did buy some face wash. It's supposed to zap any wrinkles i may be getting and make me super human. :D
