Anyway, yeah, I am on a roll. I'm determined to be healthier, especially if I want a healthy pregnancy when we finally conceive.

I'm not entirely sure why, but I have a strong urge to say something to someone specific on this website. I know I said that I would not be posting any longer in the *Say Something Anonymously to Someone Else* blah blah blah thread. And I meant that... but IJWS:

Inka, you are an incredible young woman in Christ. Your beauty is beyond measure and although your identity and assurance of self cannot be found in another human being, I know that someone will one day treasure you in the way that you both need and desire to be treasured. Someday, someone else will see what everyone else sees. And even though this is just a dumb website, it has proven to show me many people who are amazing and who deserve good things coming to them. You are one of those people. If I met you, I'm sure I would say the very same things -- just as I have to Redstiletto. (I feel the same exact way about her, as well - so, I guess, 2-for-1 ).

IJWTS I just got a phone call for an interview for this sweet job that would have me making six figures in three years. There is a good chance that I will get it since I'm highly qualified and have years of experience doing it already.

But it just makes me feel a little guilty I mean, I'm so young!

I wonder if anyone else feels guilty for exceling in this crappy economy...

I sometimes feel guilty too. I have a really good job for my age, and the other people on my case are parents and are either single or have a spouse that just lost a job and are trying to "make enough". It's hard sometimes, for sure. But I'm getting all kinds of different cases now. Wee.
I guess I'd say what the others have said, take your blessing. But I will admit, when I want time off, I do call certain people and ask availability so they can maybe have my hours.

I wanna talk about this book, but I haven't finished it yet, so I'm keeping quiet for now! I literally don't know what will happen from page to page. I've always had the motto "Question everything!" I've never been a blind follower type. But, wow, this book is really hitting me hard!

Awesome! I've found that when I have followed without questioning things in the past, I've put myself in bad positions (not just religion but things as mundane as procedures at work and so on...) so it's definitely a GOOD thing to "question everything". That's certainly part of the *new and hopefully soon to be improved* HC motto list. Thanks!

IJWTS: I gotta take one of the kitties to the vet tomorrow. I'm a little worried as she has been losing weight (which is never good in the cat world!). Wish me luck! or pray or whatever. Whatever it is...I hope it's not contagious because my life will get really expensive if it is!

IAWTS: I think a looney bin somewhere locally left a door unlocked and several residents escaped unbeknownst to the staff. Some of the people that stopped in the radio station today certainly raised that suspicion!!

I truly admire the way children view the world. Their eyes and their hearts are so innocent and when they see people, they see nothing but love. In love. Pure. Unhindered. Even if I feel like the worst person in the world, the little ones will still hug me at the end of the day and tell me that I am the world to them. When I am ugly - to them, I am beautiful. When I feel like I have nothing left, they remind me of how much I do. When I am at my lowest, their smile can raise me into the clouds, while their laughter allows me to touch the moon with my fingertips.

To a child, there is so much beauty in this world. Wonder. Joy. Is it true? Can it be?


Or are we the naive ones?
