You'd think I'd like it more since I'm a Crazy Cat Lady. I think for me it's not so much the movie itself but the time period in which it was released and the memories that go with that...which really stinks, y'know. Basically anything from about 1991-1994 I try to avoid because that was a very dark period in my life. I'm sure there were good things out during that time but....

I probably did. I don't remember for certain on that particular film but I definitely saw "The Little Mermaid" with someone I'd DEFINITELY rather forget. (the 'ex')

We watched a few Disney movies together because we often went to his parents' house and his mom babysat for 3 or 4 kids. The family was uber-religious (aka legalistic!) and he was a 'closet case' (think Adam Lambert) who had to prove to his family that he was a nice, normal Christian boy (which he wasn't but I didn't figure this out until WAAAAAY too late!). So, yeah, we watched alot of stuff at the parents' house because it was 'good clean fun'. It's a shame because I like some Disney stuff but to this day can't watch some of it from that time period.

Disney films get worse with each progressive year. They stopped being magical and unique and turned P.C. and pop-culture saturated. Ick.

I love The Lion King prolly cause I love animals so much. The story is a bit cheesy.

Hoosier, I can't imagine that... I've had some pretty poopy situations and people in my life, but I'd be dang (sp?) if I'd let anyone steal any sort of joy I might have had back then. Hhhhheeeck no. You are way better than all of that garbage!

I actually see things in 5284 colours! Most of those are shades of blue.

Yeah, it's weird. I've had bad situations at other times but for some reason, that period is just better left forgotten altogether. I don't even recall liking much music from that time period except for anything done by Weird Al Yankovic or Richard Marx. lol That's only 3 years out of 39, so I guess I can't complain! lol

what I don't get is the gazillion shades of white....it's either white or off-white. lol I couldn't tell you eggshell, beige, antique white, white sand, white this, white that....

Seriously.

You're a blaspheming liar, dB! Everyone knows that "I Can Go The Distance" (the non-Michael Bolton version) from the movie Hercules is unquestionably, without a doubt, the best Disney song ever.

I loveeee this movie.
