IJWTS-When you are at a gym, do not wear perfume/cologne. It's very rude. Those of us using the cardio machines would rather not be breathing in those fumes while trying to get a good workout.

ijwts- you know what else is gross at the gym. When guys have a massive amount of underarm hair but wear a tank top with deodrent caked into their underarm hair.

Try to relax and take some deep breaths. Its fine, we can all get really angry sometimes. Accept you feel like it, rather than getting even more angry at yourself.
