  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS Emma and Jacob are the names of the two main characters in "For Richer For Poorer" with Tim Allen and Kirstie Alley, ROFL. I love that movie.

I do like the name "Jacob" better than "Edward" but I've got so much love attached to "Edward" now that it's become beautiful to me

IAWTS I really shouldn't read books anymore...all they do is make me pained for what I don't have.

IJWTS - I was starting to move toward team Jacob before I read the companion book to Twilight - Midnight Sun. It really helped me to understand Edward and filled in a lot of the gaps I thought that there were in the plot.

Is Midnight Sun the third one? I haven't got to that one yet but will soon because of the fast rate that I am reading New Moon at, its a hard book to put down!. I am still on Edward's team but I cannot help feeling frustrated at him leaving Bella.....I cannot believe how little there is of Edward in New Moon but its been nice finding out more about Jacob.

I can't wait to finish the whole set but at the same time I don't want to ever finish it because then it would be over :o.
