  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

It's certainly starting off quite wonderfully :) last night was beautiful, today is peaceful, and I feel pretty inspired to get back to work tomorrow and start finding myself a new martial arts club to join. I have political work to look forward to, and blessings for that :) Yes, I am certain that this year will be quite wonderful.

IJWTS- I went tobogganing! It was amazing and hilarious and soo much fun ^_^

There were a few large families at the same hill, and combined there must have been 15-18 children most of which were under 5 years old. The parents would actually send their little 1-2 year olds down the hill by themselves. At first my parents and I freaked out because it's a really long run with trees at the end ,and ... it's just scary. But, it was amazing to see the little hands stick out and steer themselves. Their instincts took care of everything. It was actually adorable. All these little kids spinning down the huge hill. Hehe. Loved it!
