CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- I just wrote a long book-like post. I erased it, as I babbled. So to summarize the epically long story of my day and get down to the nitty gritty.
Men of CF, being confident in yourself is beyond attractive. I mean, it's stop, re-look, blush and smile, attractive. Know yourself and be confident in that person. Recognize your strengths and faults, but accept them all and at the end of the day still know that you a man and child of God. C'mon, you have to be confident after you think like that!

IJWTS- I still can't stop watching the news coverage of Newtown, CT. I can't stop watching all of those parents crying over their little 6-year-old sons and daughters. I didn't even know anyone. But it's just so sad.

IJWTS- My mom is so difficult when it comes to buying her gift. First she gives us a list of reasons why she wants one thing, and then we go and buy this item that she absolutely "can not live with out", and then suddenly she gives us a a list of reasons why she doesn't want this item anymore, but in fact "needs" this other item.
