I tried it. I also had yogurt with salt hoping it would cut the nauseous feeling. But my blood pressure was a little high so maybe thats why. Its such a yucky feeling.

If it was anything like my senior year, I hear ya. Though I will say, once you graduate, at least you have graduated and have that degree under your belt.

I get people to drink cayenne tea a lot if they have high blood pressure. Then when I talk to them, if they kept doing it, their blood pressure is perfect ! Hope you feel better soon dear
