CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yep. Oh, just about two of my classes wont transfer. One is State and Local Gov't, the other is an Education course that all Freshmen have to take.Ah, so all the good stuff then?Any classes that don't transfer?

Haha, well... I'm still not out of the woods. I have some things to sort out with financial aid and I'm hoping to find a job for now until I transfer, so I can start saving up for whatever financial aid wont cover. AND I still need to look at what scholarships I can apply for. But my adviser said that can wait until we get closer to my transfer date.

IJWTS I actually have been enjoying some of the sub-forums in the general theology area. Very interesting. I also find the unorthodox theology area interesting. They help inspire me to study and search things out.

IWJTS; yesterday, on the last day of my churches day camp (kids left on friday), me and my boy Alex got to have an Office Space moment (except it was with a broken dvd player instead of a photocopier). We beat the thing so bad, we broke the baseball bat we were using. We were like kids on Christmas we were so happy.
