CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Ijwts My uncle has lost his driver's license. The police pulled him over, and then made him ride home in the back of their car. He is 89 years old and can barely stand... what did they think he was gonna do to them? They could have at least called a family member to pick him up. He went to take the test to get his license back and they won't let him take it til the state gives him a letter saying he can re-take the test. If he can't get his license back, he will likely have to leave the home he has lived literally his entire life in. It's in the middle of nowhere and no bus/taxi service for the elderly because it's too small a town.

You can put any exercise into a tabata format and get insane results. Of course the first time I did tabata squats (78 squats in 3:50) my legs were sore for 4 days. LOL.
Oh wait I WAS thinking outloud there; you should look up tabata training too.
