CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS- Coffee milk is the solution! Just need more (almond) milk than coffee and my tummy is happy with me in the AM. I <3 the taste of coffee.

i'm going to try harder to guard my heart and just relax some. Putting too much into a friendship only pushes that person away...not brings us closer.

That was a crazy way to wake me up this morning. It was yet ANOTHER night where I couldn't sleep and when I did, I got woken up early. This time it was my sister bringing the kids down into the basement. They were crying and freaking out and apparently the tornado sirens were going off. I didn't even know it was supposed to storm lol. So I had to watch them at 6 AM, then start puppy-sitting at 7. I really need to catch up on sleep!

Yeah I've had one good nights sleep in about a month and that's because I pretty much had to come close to overdosing on sleep meds. People were afraid I wasn't gonna wake up.
