  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah, after seeing there was an app for The android, i wondered if there was one for the IPhone. It's a little weird. There isn't a way to come directly here but if you mess around with it you can found a loop hole that will lead you to here. You can't view reps or VMs but other than that, it seems pretty solid.

IJWTS - I am so glad that I was born and raised in the culture I was. I had a mother and son come through my line at the till yesterday, and they were obviously foreign. She *really* wanted a pair of pajamas that cost 20 dollars, but her son wouldn't allow her to buy them. She tried for several minutes to talk him into allowing her to buy them, but he refused so she had to give them back to me. i felt so bad for her :(

IAWTS - mystery shoppers are called mystery for a reason. I also had a customer come up to me to ask for my help in someone else's department. I had no clue how to help, and someone had dragged the woman who worked there away to work elsewhere cuz we're extremely short-staffed. eventually he told me he was a mystery shopper and that he was going to fill out his report commending me as extremely helpful but blasting whoever worked in the other department because they weren't there. talk about awkward. :|
