Sure, it takes me far too long to run 3 miles, but it takes me longer with a dog that hates running. I keep mentioning this, because everyone keeps saying "keep going, she'll love it eventually".

No. No she doesn't. I think, like some people, she prefers other forms of exercise. What? I have no idea. She likes to sleep, eat, potter about the garden, sleep.

I may take up le husky breeder on her offer to "borrow" another dog. Dog gets the exercise, I get the exercise AND a willing companion. WIN/WIN.

IJWTS pushy people should realize that their nasty attitude makes me want to help them less. It does not make me want to help them more and I don't feel bad for them if things don't work out in their favor.

IJWTS~My grandma turns 90 today. We're taking her out to dinner tonight and having a drop in party for her on Sunday. We figure if you make it to 90 you deserve something!

IAWTS~What to wear to the party? I got rid of my "church clothes" years ago.

My main complaints with Lush are their prices and that so much of the stuff is bath based. I love the smell of the Avobath bath bomb, but I'm a showering woman.

Oh, and it's good for guys, too. One of my roomies has Grass and Dirty shower gels and they smell awesome.

Er - I love Lush, although I do wish the staff would not keep asking me if I need help and if I want to see a demonstration! All the stuff smells so beautiful and you can smell it from a mile away. I really like the foot cream that smells of peppermint. I would love to have a part time job there.

Lush is a beautiful store. However the assistants in Carlisle are very forward with their hands on selling technique, so I buy on-line instead. Not a huge fan of grab-rub-sell

I'm spending far too much "resting" time on-line. Blergh.

They have Emotibombs. They are bath bombs for the shower. I want to try it! I didn't even see this in the store or I would have bought a few.

Yeah, they were following me and my sister in law around the whole time. I don't mind it as long as the personality of the sales person isn't pushy or grabbing my hand to try a sample. They were surprisingly pleasant.



and Eyre, I would *love* to work there too. If only there were more hours in the day
