IJWTS - people, be nice to your local customer service reps. Its not our fault if you may have had to stand in line longer than you wanted. Nor is it our fault if someone else isn't doing their job to help you. Speak nicely and respectfully to me and I will help you. Throwing your carts at me or swearing at me because you're frustrated at something beyond your control will do nothing but frustrate me in return.

IJWTS we're getting an updated HVAC system in our building, so there have been guys everywhere on ladders, poking around in our ceilings. There's one behind me right now, who apparently doesn't realize his tshirt is wayyy too short and is completely NOT covering his hairy belly roll... ... dude, seriously...
