IJWTS I need a hug.. I had a hearing test today.. and not good.. severe loss.. and hearing aids will probably not work the hearing doctor did not see much hope for them ..I kinda knew that myself.. but still..
Suggested cochlear implants and want to trial hearing aids.. I am on a pension now.. so this is not really an option unless they can fund me some how my grandmas sister had it but she was well off.. don't know if I want something like that anyway.. kinda a big shock right now..
I will probably just go for learning deaf speech.. sign language.. the kids are keen to do that.. sorry for the ramble.. need to let it out..

Truly! Why is it that when you work really hard, you gain a pound, and when you eat pizza and chips, the next morning, for some mysterious reason, you've lost a pound? WHAT is that phenomenon?? I don't like it.
It could be something as simple as water retention, I still wouldn't worry.You also have something known as muscle memory, and when you do a routine for about 90 days or so then the results tend to flatten out a bit; and so many experts think people ought to change their workout routine every 90 days to continue to see graduating results.
