CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

IJWTS - It just hit me that today is Friday...which means that tomorrow is Saturday..which means, really ..I have 8 days to get ready...and eeeeeeep my stomach just dropped...8 days seems SO much shorter than thinking about it in weeks...and now, I'm flipping

IJWTS I hate car trouble. More specifically when it happens on a Friday morning before the weekend has a chance to start. Now I must drag it to the shop, if it will start and if they are still open when I get off of work, and see what's up. I'm suppose to be going out for my bday tonight so now I don't know if I'll have time to do both. Blurgh. I need a personal mechanic.

IJWTS I know my life is screwed up when finding out that I actually had dental insurance through work all along makes me really happy. Who in his right mind would actually want to sit in a dentist's chair?
