CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Would you care to say more about the likeability of today? As in... why it's likeable?
I was really saying that about Aino's statement, but today was definitely enjoyable because it's Friday and I'm not doing anything this weekend; I've had a couple girls ask me out tonight and I'm just not feelin' it.
I actually might end up watching a bit of television after I workout in a bit, I haven't done it in such a long while; I don't even know if there's anything I'd even enjoy... if it turns out there isn't I'll find a movie to watch.

IJWTS I saw the movie Blue Valentine tonight and it left me with such an icky feeling I can't shake off. And I've never wanted a movie to end differently, the way I did with this one.
