CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

YES. You can't entah with out tha baconah...er...bacon. Baconah doesn't really sound good. Sounds like a mix between bacon and Conan...which is oddly not comforting yet soothing at the same time.

IJWTS-I have not cried this much punched this desk and be sober as I am(I have had some drinks over the course of time) in a long time. As much as I hate it...I'm glad I'm not as drunk as I would have been if I would have been younger.

All I can do is hope that my father will see it, read it all and understand it. The possibility for more nights with alcohol to deal with this is right at hand will be done more times than not.
There's not much a man can do when he admits his faults and gives his side and what he needs.
20-21 years of problems can't be dealt with kind words on a forum, a prayer, a study, some advice from someone like me in regards to non-belief, some quick self-help method, some 'right' way of dealing with it.
