[Perhaps Today]

I just found out that a friend got malaria. She was doing field work out in some remote villages in the South. Guess where I'm headed in a couple of months? The South!

Praying for her healing.

Ooh, best of luck! I quit caffeine two years ago! It was the best thing I ever did. The first three days are the hardest, but if you battle through, it will be worth it!

Thank you! I have actually done it before but started drinking tea again! My parents drink a lot so it's habit. But this time they are quitting too!

IJWTS- So I went ice skating to day with some friends and despite not knowing how, I had lot of fun. Did I fall? Yes, three times! Did it hurt... oh yeah! But laughing at myself helped. The last fall was the worst and I couldn't stop laughing.
I want to go again!
